Ignite Creative Ministries was founded in 2023 with a passion to provide creative experiences and worship events that draw people to encounter the Living God and IGNITE or re-IGNITE lives wholeheartedly for Jesus. ICM also provides opportunities to develop and equip young inspiring worship artists to IGNITE. Stay tuned for more.

Phil has over 20 years of Christian ministry experience. Through motivational speaking, professional theatrical performance, and creative Biblical teaching, he has engaged with many followers of Christ to help ignite lives with the Gospel of Jesus.

EVENTS AND EXPERIENCES
The Creative Arts is an incredible and powerful vehicle to create environments and experiences where people can encounter the Living God. meet the founder
Phil Nelson
Phil is an experienced performer, speaker, preacher, motivator, creative director, event coordinator, and ministry leader. In 1998, the Lord placed a calling in His heart to lead a creative worship movement that would bring life change to thousands. Ignite Creative Ministries was birthed from that calling.
With a BFA in Theatre/Directing, Phil has led the creative arts and church ministry for 20+ years. He began professionally performing at Sight & Sound Theatres in Lancaster, PA, followed by many years thereafter as a Worship Pastor and Lead Pastor at Elevation Community Church in Blanchester, OH. ICM is Phil’s next journey in ministry and flows from a passion to connect people to Jesus.
Phil’s ministry focus involves the following:
Leading people to respond to God through worship and Biblical truths
Teaching and equipping people to practically and wholeheartedly live out their faith
Developing and coordinating nights of worship and other creative events for people to encounter the Living God
Leading workshops to help people discover who they are in Christ and how to serve the others with the gifts they’ve been given
Encouraging and motivating people to pursue God and grow to look more like Jesus
Connecting and equipping artists with a heart to lead people to encounter the living God.
Phil Resides in Cincinnati with his wife, Lauren, and two children, Joseph and Emary.
